Job Description


  • Develop deep expertise in all MailerLite products, including MailerLite, Classic MailerLite, MailerCheck, our iOS apps, and related admin tools.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat (Intercom) and email (HelpScout), offering clear guidance on product features and best practices.
  • Provide support and advice on using MailerLite’s integrations and API solutions, including platforms such as WooCommerce, Shopify, WordPress, and Stripe.
  • Identify and escalate technical issues, bugs, and potential product enhancements to the technical and product development teams.
  • Collaborate with the Support, Technical, Compliance, and Deliverability teams through Slack to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

We’re looking for smart, customer-focused individuals to join our team and support our users with day-to-day questions. You’ll help customers navigate product features, troubleshoot integrations, create newsletters, manage subscribers, and ensure accounts align with our Anti-Spam Policy.

What we’re looking for:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer support, with a focus on live chat and email communication—ideally in a SaaS environment
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written); proficiency in a second language is a strong advantage
  • Tech-savvy mindset — familiarity with DNS, APIs, HTML, WordPress, e-commerce platforms, and email marketing tools is a major plus
  • Excellent attention to detail (Pro tip: include the word lite in your application to show you’re paying attention!)
  • Experience using Intercom, HelpScout, and Slack is a plus
  • You align with MailerLite’s core values and culture
  • A fast learner who thrives in a remote environment works independently, collaborates well, and genuinely enjoys helping others

Days and Hours:

  • Sunday to Thursday 
  • Tuesday to Saturday


Time zones available: 

  • 8am – 4pm CET
  • 4pm – 12am CET
  • 12am – 8am CET
