Position Summary
- Inbound/Outbound Queue Associate to join the Medical Management Customer Service Department at American Health Holdings.
- This role operates in a fast-paced environment where delivering exceptional customer service is essential.
- The position also plays a key role in promoting and supporting the quality and effectiveness of healthcare services.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of call center experience.
- 1+ years of medical/ healthcare experience.
- 1+ years of Data entry experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience in a medical assistant, office assistant, or similar healthcare-related role.
- Strong customer service skills, including the ability to coordinate service delivery, demonstrate sensitivity to customer needs, and proactively identify and resolve issues to support positive member outcomes.
- Proficient in navigating both internal and external computer systems.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team, including both internal staff and external partners.
- Familiarity with basic medical terminology.
- Excellent communication (both verbal and written), telephone, and organizational skills.
- High level of professionalism when interacting with clients, internal departments, and external vendors.
Hours: Full time – 40 hrs
