Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday (No Weekends)
Shift Hours: Assigned anytime between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Start Date: August 25, 2025

Compensation
- Typical Starting Salary Range: $42,000 – $57,000
- Minimum Salary: $37,000
- Maximum Salary: $69,000
- Flexible Time Off Accrual: 15 days annually
- Compensation may include bonuses and/or commissions based on a role-specific plan
- Salary offers are determined by skills, experience, education, certifications, and geographic location
Job Summary
Safeco Insurance, a Liberty Mutual company, partners with over 10,000 independent agents nationwide. As an Agent Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality support experience to these agents. Following paid, interactive training, you will become a subject matter expert in Safeco systems, services, and tools that help agents drive growth.
You will represent Liberty Mutual’s commitment to customer service excellence as outlined in our Common Purpose, which guides how we interact with customers, agents, and each other.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert support by understanding agent needs and offering solutions related to Safeco products and services
- Educate agents on available self-service tools and digital platforms
- Research and interpret insurance policy, coverage, and eligibility information
- Maintain accurate records in multiple computer systems
- Meet performance standards for:
- Call quality
- Handle time
- First-call resolution
- Adherence and reliability
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience required
- Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience (customer service or help desk preferred)
- Strong ability to review, organize, and document information across departments
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a structured environment
- Comfortable handling confidential and proprietary information
- Proficient in computer systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong understanding of organizational policies and procedures
- Must pass required proficiency assessments
