Job Description
Location: Miami, FL;Sunrise, FL;Remote
Position Responsibilities:
- Drive direct-to-consumer sales by initiating outbound calls, responding to leads, identifying travel needs, and presenting Norwegian Cruise Line offerings to recommend suitable travel solutions.
- Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service, building rapport, understanding client expectations, and ensuring satisfaction to support customer retention and achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain a database of prospective and existing clients to track travel preferences, identify trends, and proactively promote relevant Norwegian Cruise Line products and services.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the cruise industry and Norwegian Cruise Line’s offerings to effectively communicate product features, pricing, promotions, itineraries, and value-added options such as upgrades and onboard amenities.
- Actively participate in daily sales meetings and training sessions to refine techniques and ensure accurate, up-to-date information is communicated to clients.
- Contribute to targeted email campaigns aimed at specific customer profiles, as approved by the department.
- Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.
Knowledge and Experience:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of sales experience required; 2+ years preferred. Experience in cruise or travel sales is a plus.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong verbal communication skills are essential for effective phone and internal communication.
- Working knowledge of Norwegian Cruise Line’s fleet, itineraries, and offerings is required.
- Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced, goal-driven sales environment.
- Professional appearance following enforced dress code.
